We advocate for practical, cost-effective health strategies that we personally practice, like daily short walks or carefully reading product labels.

Why We Care

Our journey began with our founder’s personal battle with mold exposure in 2014, which profoundly affected her health. This experience, along with similar stories from our team, fuels our commitment to gut and brain health. We share these experiences in our blog  and resource pages.
